Inseasia TV Debut: Us filming them, filming us, filming them

Inseasia TV Debut:

Inseasia TV Debut was filmed on Thursday and Friday 22nd and 23rd of December. Keith Hancock and the Inseasia team were filmed for a VTC10 documentary series. Called Impressive Vietnam it features Keith’s life here in Ho Chi Minh City. What made a successful singer/songwriter give up everything to relocate in Southeast Asia eight years and embark on a complete career change? All will be revealed in the Inseasia TV Debut.

Keith spent Thursday at different locations around the city. He grabbed a coffee on Bui Vien and rode his motorbike from District one over the Saigon Bridge into District 2. He was then filmed at meeting with clients Shutta in their An Phu office. Then he was relaxing with friends, playing pool at The White House in Thao Dien. We finished off the day on Vinh Khanh in District 4 eating the fabulous seafood on the street with a group of friends. It was a long day but one which we know everyone enjoyed.

Two TV Shows in Two Days

Friday was back at it again. Keith had another film shoot, this time for a Hanoi-based chat show called Sharing Vietnam. This was filmed at Hatvala in District 1, one of his favourite coffee shops and regular “office.” Then it was back to work with the VTV10 crew. We met up, for the hand-over of the brand new Winking Seal taproom in District 1, another of Inseasia’s clients. It’s great to see all the new breweries hitting town at the moment. Winking Seal promises to be one of the best. Their attention to detail throughout a long gestation period has been fascinating to watch. Inseasia were there to film the handover and the TV crew filmed a behind-the-scenes look at the shoot.

It was a fascinating and fun two days, everyone at Inseasia is looking forward to seeing the broadcast. The whole team here would like to wish everyone all the best for the coming New Year. If you see us around filming or reporting, come and say hello.

Impressive Vietnam will be broadcast on VTC10 at 9.00pm Saturday 31st December.
